2007 PRO SEASON: James Hall Started 15 games at right defensive end for the St Louis Rams despite dealing with shoulder and ankle injuries…59 total tackles tied for first among Rams’ defensive linemen.
• Tallied first sack as a St Louis Ram in Week 2 vs. San Francisco 9/16.

2006 PRO SEASON: Named one of Detroit Lions’ five captains.

2004 PRO SEASON: Earned Chuck Hughes Most Improved Player Award in voting by teammates…played season with broken hand suffered in season opener at Chicago 9/12…career-high 11.5 sacks tied for seventh in NFL (tied for sixth in NFC).
• Earned NFC Defensive Player of the Week honors at Atlanta 10/10, making one sack, and forcing and recovering the same fumble in the final minute to preserve win.
• First career interception for 30-yard return, adding one sack, vs. Arizona 12/5.

2003 PRO SEASON: Started all 16 games for first time of career…established a career-high with 78 tackles.
• Made four solo tackles, 1.0 sack, and a blocked field goal on an attempt by Bears’ K Paul Edinger at Chicago 10/26.

2002 PRO SEASON: Played in all 16 games for first time of career, making first career starts.
• First career start in season opener at Miami 9/8, making four tackles.
• Six tackles, 1.0 sack, one pass defensed, and a fumble recovery returned 22 yards for touchdown vs. New Orleans 9/29.

2001 PRO SEASON: Became integral part of defense, playing in 15 games.
• Scored first NFL touchdown, returning Packers’ QB Brett Favre fumble 8 yards for the score vs. Green Bay 11/22.
• Career-high 3.5 sacks, notching six tackles (four solo), at Tampa Bay 12/9.

• Three-year starter for Wolverines, notching 185 tackles and 25 sacks, good for second in school history.
• Started final 33 games of collegiate career.
• Third-team All-America choice by The Sporting News as senior, also garnering honorable mention All-Big Ten honors and was a Butkus Award semifinalist after making 54 tackles and seven sacks.
• All-Big Ten second-team selection as junior with career-highs in tackles (63) and sacks (team high 11).
